Request Deletion

To delete a GioBiz account or business workspace, email us from your recovery email or include enough details to verify ownership.

Include These Details

  1. Your GioBiz phone number.
  2. Your business name.
  3. Your recovery email, if set.
  4. Whether you want only the user account deleted or the full business workspace deleted.

What May Be Deleted

Account profile, business settings, products, public store data, customer records, order records, credit ledger records, and uploaded product images may be deleted after ownership is verified.

Some records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute handling, or security investigation.

Timeline

We aim to respond within 7 days and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days where technically and legally possible.
