Dispatch Operations

Run your dispatch centre from one screen.

GioBiz Dispatch is for the company that moves other people's parcels. Today it runs your centre end to end — receive a parcel, pack it, sort it, load it, hand it to a rider, prove it was delivered, and settle the cash. The two ways work will REACH you — a business sending you a job directly, and Smart Pool — are being wired now, and the section below says plainly where each one stands.

Two Ways In

You do not have to go looking for work.

A dispatch company on GioBiz receives jobs; it does not keep a shop or hold stock. Both routes land in the same place — your Incoming Requests board — so there is one queue to work, not two.

Where this is today: the dispatch console below is live and in use — receiving, packaging, sorting, manifests, riders, waybills, cash on delivery. The two routes above are being wired now; until they are, a dispatch company records its own jobs. We would rather say that than let you find out after signing up.

In build
Route 1
Instant shipping requests
A business sends the job straight to you
Shops and logistics companies that already know you send the parcel directly. It appears on your board with the pickup, the destination, what is inside and who is paying — nothing to key in twice.
Arrives with sender, receiver and contents filled in
Accept or decline, with a reason
Cash-on-delivery amount carried through
The customer can track it from the moment you accept

Route 2
Smart Pool
Jobs from businesses you have not met yet
Smart Pool is the shared board. Businesses post what needs moving, and dispatch companies covering that area pick it up. It is how a new centre fills its first week and how an established one fills the gaps between its regulars.
Filtered to the areas you actually cover
Pooled jobs sit in their own lane on your board
You see where each parcel came from, always
Same handling and proof as a direct job
Inside The Centre

Everything a dispatch centre does, written down as it happens.

Not a tracking app bolted onto a spreadsheet. These are the stations your staff already work through, each one recording what was done and by whom.

📥
Receiving
Log a parcel in the moment it reaches your counter, with the condition it arrived in. Arguments about damage end here.
📦
Packaging & holding
Record what a parcel was packed in and what it cost you. Hold a parcel that cannot move yet, with the reason on the record.
🗂️
Sorting centre
Group parcels by where they are going before the vehicle arrives, so loading is a check rather than a scramble.
📋
Manifests & loading
Close a manifest against what is physically on the vehicle. If a load arrives short, you can say which parcels did not turn up.
🔀
Centre to centre
Move parcels between your own branches as a recorded transfer, one job per parcel, so nothing goes missing between hubs.
🏍️
Riders & vehicles
Your own roster, each rider with an ID and their own PIN. Assign, track, and settle what each one is owed.
📄
Waybills that exist
A numbered waybill is created with the shipment, not when somebody remembers. Reprint it and you get the same number, never a second one.
💵
Cash on delivery
What each rider collected, what they have handed in, and what is still out. One page, not a notebook.
📱
The same console on a phone
The centre runs on a desk; the yard runs on a phone. Both are the same system, so nothing is re-entered later.
How We're Different

Built for how dispatch actually works here.

The usual way
A notebook, a WhatsApp group and a good memory
  • Parcels tracked in a group chat that scrolls away by evening
  • Waybill numbers written by hand, and sometimes twice
  • Rider cash reconciled from memory at the end of the week
  • "Where is my parcel?" answered by calling the rider
  • A load arrives short and nobody can say which parcels
GioBiz Dispatch
The same work, written down as it happens
  • Every parcel has a state, a time and a person against it
  • Numbered waybills issued by the system, never duplicated
  • Rider settlement adds itself up as the day goes
  • The customer tracks it themselves and stops calling you
  • Manifests close against what is really on the vehicle

Run a dispatch centre?

Tell us where you operate and how many riders you run, and we will set you up. If you would rather see it first, we will walk you through the console on a call.
